Feb and March. However none of the Friday night's in Feb are available
due to 'home open' viewings on Saturday mornings. April is almost
booked out and there's no bookings being taken past April.
3 nights weekends are $1750 less 10% for full payment but if you book
during February for Saturday/Sunday night only it's $1250 with full
payment.
There's no guarantee the next owners will continue with tourist
accommodation; they might just enjoy a luxury holiday house for private
use.
